The Process
How It Works

Inquiry
Submit a request. Coach Thompson reviews and reaches out to schedule an initial conversation with the athlete and family.

Intake
The QB completes a detailed intake form — football background, experience, goals, and self-assessment. This drives the initial development plan.

Stage Set
After reviewing the intake and watching the athlete, Coach assigns an initial SOCKS stage. This determines the starting curriculum and grading expectations.

Development
The QB works the system — homework before practice, reps on the field, film review, and stage advancement as mastery is demonstrated.
