• Jersey number and football position
• Parent or guardian contact information (for athletes under 18)
• Video and photo clips you record or upload
• Homework submissions, quiz answers, and study activity
• Film grades, rep logs, drill scores, and performance notes
• Messages between athletes and coaches
• Hudl video viewing activity

We also automatically collect basic session and access logs to maintain security and troubleshoot issues.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Deliver your personalized development program, grades, and feedback
• Track your progress through SOCKS stages and skill development
• Enable coach-to-athlete communication
• Operate and improve the platform
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising.

4. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

• Service providers — Hostinger (hosting), Anthropic (AI coaching assistance, used only when explicitly invoked). These providers process data only as directed by us.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect safety.
• With your consent — for any other purpose, only with your explicit permission.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and performance data for as long as your account is active. If your account is deactivated or you request deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

6. Youth Athletes

QB Room HQ works with athletes under 18 years of age. We collect parent or guardian contact information as part of enrollment. We do not knowingly allow athletes under 13 to create accounts without parental consent. Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data (Data Subject Access Request)
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to certain uses of your data

8. Security

We use HTTPS, secure session cookies, role-based access controls, and server-side authentication to protect your data. Video and media files are stored on secured hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (qbr_token) to keep you logged in. This cookie is required for the platform to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will notify active users of material changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
